A MEMORIAL fund set up shortly after the death of murder victim Clive Wilcox raised £6,500 for the hospital which tried to save him. And his father, John Wilcox, handed over a cheque to doctors at the Royal Bournemouth Hospital.
Mr Wilcox has spoken of his hope that the killer will be brought to justice. It is now a year since the murder of his son, a popular father-of-two.

"The time has come," he said."A year has gone by and it is time to look again at your conscience and come forward with any information that will help.
We are feeling a little bit better than we were a year ago but it is obviously still very painful. We are backing the police and hope that someone will come forward anonymously."

Much of the cash was raised through a cabaret night at the Royal Bath Hotel in November.
Local performers provided their services free of charge for the event, organised by Shaftesbury based entertainer Charlee Laine, a friend of the Wilcox family.
Doctor Richard Dunnill said the money - a "wonderful donation" would be used for specialist equipment for the Intensive Care Unit, where Clive was treated.
Mr Wilcox added: "This is our way of saying 'Thank You' to the hospital for what you did for our son, and the way they looked after us all afterwards."
He also thanked those who had made personal donations, put money in collection boxes and held other fund-raising events.
